Before delivery of the equipment , YUSHNEG will supply the following documents to the customer , 1 set electronic version of the technical information , including : major equipment performance data , technical parameters ,the main mechanical structure drawings , piping diagrams ,electrical schematics and wiring diagram.
YUSHENG will supply 1 set of equipment operation manual and maintenance manual in English version to the customer.
YUSHENG will supply the consumable and main parts list to the customer. Depending on the machine, the vulnerable parts will be sent to the customers with the machine , including cylinder seals, solenoid valves and contactors ...
The design life of the machine is over 12 years.
Warranty period of the equipment is 12 months. Within the warranty period, YUSHENG will provide machine parts which are damaged due to the quality problem.
We will provide lifetime maintenance ,after the warranty period , will continue to offer the technical service. Replacing the spare parts , will only charge for material and service fee.
After receiving the notice from the customer, We will reply within 2 hours of the working day
